Terms and conditions
The following rules and conditions are applied effectively with every purchase from Master Production For Advance Computer Hardware for both online and offline purchases
Warranty
- Master Productions Offer 1 year warranty on all items sold except for: Software, Games, Cases, Cables.
- An item can be returned to our company during the warranty period if deemed faulty, non-functioning, does not serve the purpose it is intended too.
- If an item is found to be physically damaged, burned, warranty cannot be CLAIMED.
- In order to claim warranty, customer must present original invoice with original packaging of the item. Failure to do so will void warranty.
- all returned products must have serial number visible, any manipulation will void warranty
- Dead pixel warranty for monitors will be determined according to the brand warranty guideline itself.
- Replacement for faulty items will take 4-6 weeks if the product is not available on the shelves.
- If same product is available in stock, customer can take only the same product
- If the product is not available in stock, customer can take a different product and pay the difference or get a voucher if its cheaper than the original purchase.
Returns and replacement
- Customer can return/ replace and claim shop voucher within 3 days of purchase if he/she want to return the product for any reason as long as the product is in its original packaging
- No product can be returned/ replaced if original packaging is broken and the product itself is functioning properly.
- In case a product is purchased online and no stock available, 100% refund will be issued.
Shipping
- We are working with a shipping company; shipment take around 1-2 business day to arrive
- Shipping cost is 1.5BHD for packages that are considered small, for bigger packages like monitors, cases, tables, chair, shipping cost might reach up to 2.5BHD
- All packages sent, will have tracking number that can be traced
